A signature cocktail is one of the smallest additions to a bar package and one of the things guests remember longest. Every event we work gets one built around it — not a generic “wedding punch,” but a drink with a name, a story, and printed menu cards so guests actually know what they’re ordering.
How we build yours
- We start with you — your colors, your story, a favorite spirit, or simply “something citrus-forward for a summer wedding”
- We keep batching and prep realistic for your guest count and bar hours, so quality does not drop as the night goes on
- We print menu cards with the name and a short description, placed on the bar
- For weddings, we can build a second drink named for the other half of the couple, so the bar has two signatures instead of one
A few starting points
If you would rather pick a direction than start from a blank page, these are the requests we hear most and build well:
- Citrus and herb — gin or vodka, fresh citrus, a muddled herb like basil or mint. Reads light and works for daytime events.
- Smoke and spice — a mezcal or bourbon base with a chili or smoked element. A strong choice for fall and winter events.
- Bubbles-forward — a Champagne or prosecco riff with a fruit or liqueur twist. The default for cocktail hour at most weddings.
- A family classic, upgraded — an old-fashioned, a whiskey sour, a Moscow mule, built with fresh juice and good ice rather than a mixer bottle.
Non-alcoholic, done properly
A mocktail version of the signature drink is a standard part of the build, not an afterthought — the same fresh ingredients and the same printed menu card, minus the spirit.
