What you get
- A bartender who arrives early, sets up, and brings their own kit
- A portable bar with linen, or we work with what you have
- Drinks made properly — no warm wine in a plastic cup
- Ice, mixers, garnishes and glassware if you want them
- Full breakdown, bagged trash, kitchen left clean
How it usually goes
One bartender comfortably handles up to about 50 drinking guests. Past that a second keeps the queue down. Four hours is the most common booking. We arrive well before your first guest, and by the time the last one leaves there is nothing for you to deal with.
The part people underestimate
Ice, cups and mixers. Two pounds of ice per guest before you chill anything, five cups per guest across a night, and enough juice and soda to actually make what people ask for. Add those to your quote and they turn up with the bartender. Skip them and they are your Saturday morning.
Non-drinkers included
Designated drivers, guests who are pregnant, anyone pacing themselves — they still spend the night at the bar. Our mocktail package covers three proper non-alcoholic cocktails so nobody is standing there with a warm soda.
